Who is Pulse for?

Faster-paced training, without the bootcamp energy.

Pulse is ideal for people who enjoy faster-paced training and want to improve:

  • Cardiovascular fitness
  • Stamina
  • Conditioning
  • Movement quality

Without the intimidating atmosphere of traditional bootcamp classes. Most members use Pulse alongside Small Group PT as part of a balanced training week.

If you're completely new to training, we'll usually recommend starting with Foundations first.

Come occasionally or train regularly. Pulse can be booked as single sessions or flexible class packs.

Flexible pay-as-you-go access with no membership required.

Session must be used within 7 days.

Ideal for regular attendees wanting flexibility without a recurring membership.
