Onboarding Session

Get introduced to our space, understand key movement patterns, and feel comfortable and confident with expert guidance.

Small Group Personal Training
Small groups, big results.
Enjoy up to 9 SGPT sessions, tailored to your goals and fitness level, with expert coaches guiding you through a customised plan to help you get results.

Graduation Session
Reflect, review and plan ahead.
Review your progress with a coach and decide the best long-term approach for your goals, schedule and lifestyle.
