Gather is coach-led. Every session is run by a qualified coach who programmes, demonstrates and adapts the work for the people in the room. You can read more about the team on the about page.
Every new member starts with Foundations: three weeks of small group personal training in North Greenwich for £247. You can book Foundations directly from the homepage. If you would rather chat first, book a call and a coach will help you choose the right way in.
Gather is in North Greenwich, London. The address is 20 Cutter Lane, London SE10 0XW, two minutes from The O2. The closest tube is North Greenwich on the Jubilee Line.
Monday to Friday: 6:00am to 8:00pm. Saturday: 8:00am to 12:00pm. Class times vary, see the live timetable on the programmes page.
Foundations is a one-off £247 for three weeks. Ongoing memberships start from there and depend on how often you train and which programme suits you. A coach will talk you through the options on your first call so you only pay for what you will actually use.
No long contracts. Memberships are rolling monthly so you stay because you want to, not because you have to.
Yes. Most of our members come to us after a long break from the gym, or because traditional gyms have not worked for them. Foundations is built specifically for that starting point. We coach you properly, keep the room friendly, and start where you are.
Almost always yes. Tell us about it on your call and we will adapt your sessions around it. We have worked with most common issues, including lower back, knee, shoulder and post-natal recovery. If anything needs medical clearance we will let you know.
Foundations is a three-week small group personal training programme designed for new members. You train alongside a small group, but every session is coached and adapted to you. It is the fastest way to feel stronger, build confidence, and figure out what you enjoy.

Small Group PT is our most popular ongoing programme. You train in a capped group of up to six, with the same coached structure as Foundations: programmed strength and fitness, adapted to who is in the room. Most Gather members train this way week in, week out.
Yes. We run fully tailored one-to-one personal training with a dedicated coach. It is the right choice if you want maximum focus on a specific goal, are returning from injury, or prefer privacy. Book a call and we will match you with the right coach.
Yes. We run coach-led Pulse (conditioning), Pilates, Yoga and Teens classes throughout the week. Classes are included with most memberships. See the live timetable on the programmes page.
